💳 Rental Rates & Payments

  • Nightly Rate: €500 / night (all-inclusive of utilities and linens).

  • Cleaning Fee: A standard €150 exit-cleaning fee applies to all bookings.

  • Payment Methods: Secure online credit card processing or direct bank transfer.

🕒 Stay Conditions

  • Minimum Stay: 3 Nights.

  • Maximum Capacity: Up to 8 guests (4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms).

  • Check-In: From 4:00 PM onwards.

  • Check-Out: By 11:00 AM.

🧭 How the Booking Process Works

  1. Submit Your Dates: Fill out the inquiry form with your chosen arrival and departure dates.

  2. Calendar Hold: Our team will immediately place a temporary 24-hour hold on those dates to ensure no double-bookings occur.

  3. Confirmation & Payment: You will receive an official confirmation email containing a secure payment link to complete your deposit and lock in your Puerto Banús holiday.
